|We currently ship within U.S.A and to Singapore. If you would like your order shipped to another location, please contact customer service for assistance.|
|What are my payment choices?|
|We accept Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept check by mail. If mailing in a check, your order will not process until the check is received and cleared through your bank.|
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
|Our international rates are automatically calculated at check out. Please enter your shipping destination at the checkout for your shipping rates. If you destination does not appear at check out, please contact customer service for special arrangements.|
|What is the return policy?|
|Customized Products - Our Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was an error on our part. Please remember that we always fix all our errors to your satisfaction or issue a full refund.
Non-customized products - Non-customized products that did not receive volume discount can be returned for a full refund within 10 days from the delivery date. Items that received volume discount can be returned for a full refund minus 15% restocking fee within 7 days from the delivery date. Your delivery date is the date the merchandise was delivered according to tracking confirmation.
