Shipping and Returns
How do I return an item?
	Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully when ordering.  Of course, if we make an error, we will refund or replace the item at no cost to you.  For non-personalized items, please contact customer service for return authorization and instructions.
What is my shipping charge?
	We currently charge $6.50 flat rate shipping within Continental U.S.A.  For Alaska and Hawaii, we charge $6.50 flat rate for first 2 pounds and additiaonal $1.50 for each additional pounds.
